Due to the perishable nature of our beverages, we are unable to accept physical returns of Cann social tonics. However, if your order arrives damaged or fails to meet your expectations, we are committed to making it right through a refund or replacement.
Return Process

Take clear photos of any damaged packaging, broken seals, or incorrect items immediately upon delivery.
- 2.Contact Support
Email our customer experience team within 14 days of receipt with your order number and the photos of the issue.
- 3.Review Process
Our team will review your claim within 48 hours to determine eligibility for a full refund or a complimentary replacement shipment.
- 4.Resolution
Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method, while replacements will be dispatched via priority shipping at no extra cost.
